Dear Sir/Madam, Our Lions Club is part of the International Association of Lions Clubs. Lions are members of community service clubs dedicated to the idea that local people who live in the community are in the best position to know who needs help and why.Our Club supports the local community, physically & financially with donations, or buying essential equipment for individuals, community organizations or local & national charities. For further information on what we do see our website www.beslions.org With hope of achieving the above each year we hold an annual ball in November which is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year. Last years ball was a huge success but this year we would like to do even better. The theme for our ball this year is a ‘Masquerade ball’ where we are intending to hold a silent auction, for this to be a success we need as many donations or sponsorship as possible. WE NEED YOUR HELP! As you are probably aware, being a charity organization any donations or sponsorship will be tax deductable. We also ensure that any donation or sponsorship will be greatly received and advertised at our auction. The money we raise will then be distributed back into our local community.
